Our chicken manure fermenter adopts advanced fully automatic control system, which can monitor and precisely regulate the temperature, humidity, pH value and other key parameters in the fermentation process in real time to ensure that the whole process is carried out efficiently and stably. In terms of fermentation mechanism, we adopt the preferred aerobic microbial strains, and carefully design the internal structure and aeration system according to the characteristics of chicken manure. Under the high temperature condition of 55-70℃, these microorganisms can decompose the organic matter in chicken manure quickly and turn it into high-quality bio-organic fertiliser efficiently.

It is worth mentioning that during the fermentation process, the temperature is up to 55℃, which is not only favourable to the growth of microorganisms, but also effective in killing most of the pathogens in chicken manure, including bacteria, viruses and parasites, etc. This ensures that the final product is hygienic and safe. In addition, our fermenters are integrated with advanced Internet of Things (IoT) technology, which allows remote monitoring of production parameters and automatically sends alarms for abnormalities, so that the user can keep track of the equipment’s operating status at all times. Whether it is fresh chicken manure or chicken manure that has been initially composted, our fermenter can handle it with high efficiency and great adaptability.

 

In terms of fermentation capacity, our fermenter adopts the advanced partially aerobic fermentation process, which can effectively decompose up to 90% or more of the organic matter in chicken manure. It can process 10-30 tonnes of fresh chicken manure per day and complete the whole fermentation process within 7-10 days. This not only greatly improves the processing efficiency, but also ensures the quality of the final bio-organic fertiliser.

 

As for the discharging system, we adopt an automatic discharging device, which squeezes out the fermented organic fertiliser directly through the hydraulic mechanism, and the whole process does not require manual participation. This not only greatly reduces the labour intensity, but also avoids pollution and secondary fermentation to the maximum extent. The water content of the discharged organic fertiliser is around 40-50%, with a loose texture and no odour, making it ideal for direct application or further maturation.

 

In terms of environmental protection, our fermenter is designed with a complete exhaust gas treatment system. Through biological deodorisation and spraying techniques, the odorous gases generated during the fermentation process are effectively removed, ensuring that the ambient air quality around the plant is up to standard. At the same time, we are also equipped with a sewage collection tank, which can centralise the treatment of washing wastewater and leachate in the tank to prevent secondary pollution.
